The Children’s Ministry (through 5th grade) at Covenant exists to glorify God by cultivating joyful, faithful, and steadfast followers of Jesus Christ who love God, people, and life.
We believe that each child is created in the image of God, is uniquely gifted by Him, and is given a heart and soul which yearns to know and love Him. Therefore, we are committed to providing a Biblically-based foundation which offers building blocks for spiritual growth and nurtures a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
The children (2-year-olds through 5th grade) will gather at 9:00am in the Children's Fellowship Hall for an opening time and prayer. The teachers will then guide the children to their classrooms. Please be sure to pick up your children by 10:10am in their classrooms.
The classes by age groups are as follows:
All children are invited and welcome to join in the worship service with their families. A nursery for infants and toddlers is offered during the service. Children's Church is offered during the second half of our worship service for children in Kindergarten and below. Prior to the sermon, the children and volunteers will walk downstairs for Children's Church in Room 128.
Wednesday Night Programs (Fall and Spring)
Wednesday Night Dinner begins at 5:15pm with programs starting at 6:00pm.
During our Wednesday nights together, we seek to follow our purpose to "glorify God by cultivating joyful, faithful, and steadfast followers of Jesus Christ who love God, people, and life." Together, we learn more about what it looks like to serve as disciples (whether in town or abroad) and share the Gospel.
